Theme: Passion, Kindness & Movement


1. Write down a hobby you once loved but haven’t done in a while. Make a plan to try it again this month.
2. Learn something new—whether it’s drawing, baking, coding, or anything that sparks your curiosity.
3. Practice going a whole day without complaining. Try to approach everything with patience.
4. Try a fun or unusual form of exercise—trampoline, frisbee, rock climbing, or archery.
5. Kindness Task #1 – Support a cause you care about. It could be a small donation, volunteering, or even just spreading the word.
6. List three things you’ve enjoyed doing lately. Make time to do at least one again this week.
7. Try a DIY craft project, like decorating your journal, making a keychain, or building something simple.
8. Post or share something positive on social media—good news, encouragement, or a kind thought.
9. Try a partner activity like badminton, cycling, or dancing. Make movement more social.
10. Organize your hobby-related items. A tidy space makes it easier to dive back into what you love.
11. Do something kind for someone today—whether it’s a friend, coworker, or stranger.
12. Practice balancing by standing on one leg for 30–60 seconds. It’s harder than it looks!
13. Try writing a short poem or a little story—no rules, just for fun.
14. Say thank you to someone today—genuinely and out loud.
15. Learn a new fitness skill, like a proper squat, how to stretch well, or try a pull-up.
16. Invite a friend or family member to try a new activity with you—gardening, puzzles, games, anything playful.
17. Kindness Task #2 – Do something for the environment today. Bring your own bag, avoid plastic, or walk instead of driving.
18. Try 10 minutes of mindfulness or deep relaxation. Just you and your breath.
19. Set a long-term goal for a hobby—like learning a full song, finishing a painting, or reading a specific book.
20. Give out three genuine compliments today. Small words, big difference.
21. Try a workout you’ve never done before—maybe a HIIT session, a Pilates video, or something you find online.
22. Choose one thing to do today with full focus—no multitasking, no distractions.
23. Handwrite a letter or postcard. Send it to a friend, a family member, or even your future self.
24. Kindness Task #3 – Look up a local charity or nonprofit and see how you can support or follow their work.
25. Use your body to express something—through dance, yoga, or even acting out a scene for fun.
26. Try cooking something new and healthy with an ingredient you don’t usually use.
27. Challenge yourself to an outdoor activity—hiking, skating, frisbee, or even a long walk somewhere new.
28. Don’t ask for help right away today. Try solving a problem on your own first.
29. Reflect on how you’ve moved your body this month. What’s changed? What’s improved?
30. Look back on April—what did you enjoy most? What would you like to keep doing next month?
