Small projects often require a different approach compared to larger ones, so having specific inserts tailored for them can streamline the management process. In this post, I will introduce the features that diyfish SPM inserts offer and the tips to use them.
- MONTHLY EVENT SECTION
- Use only square boxes to represent events
- Fill in color codes accordingly
- MONTHLY OBJECTIVES SECTION
- WEEKLY OBJECTIVES SECTION
- WEEKLY EVENT PLANNER SECTION

- Fill in dates, time or duration
- PROJECTS SCHEDULER SECTION
- Use only circles to represent projects
- Fill in color codes accordingly
- Schedule the project(s) as showed in the above image
- DAILY PLANNER SECTION
- Each day includes 20 boxes (image 1)
- 1 to 4 are for AM (image 2)
- 5 to 8 are for PM (image 2)
- Square boxes are for EVENTS (image 2)
- Circles are for PROJECTS (image 2)
- 9 to 12 are a BUFFER space (image 2)
- For example
- “Event 2” is my shopping time (10am to 1:30pm). I can’t do any project when I am shopping so this event occupies 2 lines from am to early pm. “Project 1” will start in late pm. (image 3)
- “Event 1” is my son’s examine time (8am to 12pm). This event will not affect my schedule so I can do “Project 1” from 10am to 12pm. And I will do “Project 2” in pm which is to study together with my son. (image 4)
- SIDE INDEX BAR (image 5)
Mark in the bars only when you need your events/projects searchable.
